This page explains what information Tersa LLC (“Tersa”, “we”) receives when you visit tersa.io or contact us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
We don’t use cookies, analytics or ad trackers on this site, and we don’t run any accounts or logins.
- When you contact us. The inquiry form doesn’t send anything to us directly. It opens your own email app with a pre-filled message, and you decide whether to send it. If you email or call us, we receive what you share, such as your name, email address, phone number and message.
- Hosting logs. The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes basic request data (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads. See Google’s privacy policy.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and project records for as long as we need them to talk with you or deliver the work, and longer only where we have to for tax or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@tersa.io and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
